You pay a flat monthly rate based on your plan. That includes your website, hosting, updates, and support. There’s also a one-time setup fee to get things rolling.
If a client chooses a monthly plan - it would be equivalent to renting or leasing your website. You are 100% in charge but the website itself and the design would remain mine. This keeps your upfront cost low and includes ongoing support, updates, and maintenance.
If you ever want full ownership, each plan has a buyout option so you can take your site and manage it independently.

Yes -- there is a basic contract for clients to protect your business & mine. The good thing is, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice & no weird fine print.
